Suspension straps turn a simple extension into a brutal triceps burner.

Lock your elbows in place. If they drift forward, it turns into a press.
This is a skull crusher pattern loaded by your own bodyweight. Facing away from the anchor with elbows fixed in front of you, your triceps control the lower as your head drops behind the handles, hitting a deep overhead stretch, then press you back to the start. It belongs in your training as triceps work that needs zero plates, and the forward lean angle lets you dial the load anywhere from easy to savage.
Change your body angle. The more you lean forward onto your toes, the more of your bodyweight your triceps have to move. Start more upright and earn the steeper angles.
Your elbows are drifting forward. Lock your upper arms in place so only the forearms move, and if you cannot hold that position, reduce the lean until you can.
It trains the same lengthened overhead position, and the strap version adds a stability demand a bench never will. If you train at home or want a joint-friendly way to hammer the long head, it absolutely holds its own.
