SUUPR ("we", "us", "the app") is a social workout planner and tracker operated by Mitness Limited. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short and human.
Information we collect
- Account details: the email address, username, and profile info you provide when you sign up.
- Training data: workouts, routines, sets, reps, weights, personal records, streaks, and notes you log.
- Social content: posts, reactions, comments, follows, and who you train with, so the social and live features work.
- Apple Health: with your permission, SUUPR uses the Apple Health API to estimate calories burned during a workout and to log your workouts to Apple Fitness. This is processed entirely on your device. We do not collect, store, transmit, or share your Health data, and it never leaves your device.
- Usage & device data: basic technical information (device type, app version, crash logs) to keep the app stable.
How we use it
- To run your account and sync your training across devices.
- To power live sessions, the feed, routines, and other social features.
- To generate smart workout suggestions based on your history and recovery.
- To fix bugs, prevent abuse, and improve the app.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us run SUUPR (such as our authentication, database, and file-storage providers) and only as needed to operate the app. Content you choose to post is visible to the people you share it with.
Data storage & security
Your data is stored securely with trusted infrastructure providers. We use industry-standard measures to protect it, though no system is ever completely secure.
Your choices & rights
- You can view and edit most of your data directly in the app.
- You can block or report other users.
- You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
- You can disconnect Apple Health at any time in iOS settings.
Children
SUUPR is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from them.
Changes
We may update this policy as the app evolves. We will post the new version here and update the date above.
