Wrap it, raise it, side delts screaming.

Lead with your elbows and keep tension on the band the entire set, no resting at the bottom.
Raising both arms stretches the band from both ends at once, so the tension climbs steeply and hits its peak right at shoulder height, exactly where the side delts are working hardest. There is no bottom-of-the-rep rest either, the band keeps a low hum of tension even at your sides if you set up right. It is constant-tension delt work that travels in a pocket, and the burn arrives embarrassingly fast.
Dumbbells are heaviest at the top of the arc and weightless at the bottom, the band builds tension progressively and never lets go. Same muscle, opposite loading, which is why band raises burn differently.
Shoulder height, arms out to the sides, then back down under control. Going higher shifts the work to your traps and stretches the band past where it is useful.
They are low load and joint-friendly, so frequent high-rep sets are fine for most people. Just treat them as pump and activation work, not a replacement for progressive delt training.
