Stretch the chest and torch the core in one move.

Move both ends together and keep your lower back pinned to the bench.
This combo pairs a dumbbell pullover with a simultaneous leg raise, so as the weight arcs behind your head the chest is loaded in its longest, most stretched position while the back helps control the arc and drag the dumbbell back over. Lowering the legs at the same time turns your torso into an anchor under tension from both ends. It's a smart pick when you want stretch-position chest work and a brutal midline challenge in a single, time-efficient move.
Because the two movements fight each other. Lowering the dumbbell and the legs together tries to pull your lower back off the floor, and resisting that while the chest works through a deep stretch doubles the value of every rep.
Lighter than your normal pullover. The leg raise steals stability, so pick a dumbbell you can lower behind your head slowly with your lower back staying pinned down. If your back arches, drop the load or shorten the leg lowering range.
Keep a slight, fixed elbow bend the whole time. Locking the elbows strains the joint, and bending them more as you lower turns it into a triceps extension rather than a chest and back stretch.
